Number of People in Household vs. Number of Bedrooms in Household
Using a systematic sampling approach, my partner and I surveyed some students at our high school asking how many people lived in their household and how many bedrooms they have in their house. We wanted to find out if these two variables had any affect on each other. After we collected our data, we made a scatter plot and found the correlation coefficient and found the graph had a positive correlation. From this project, we learned the more people that lived in a household, the more bedrooms the house had.
